Resistance Bands

Firstly, they came the next day which was amazing. Secondly, I didn’t realise how useful the bands are before I got them, they are simply amazing. Would recommend

The product quality - Stepzz grip socks are above average. The materials feels nice and comfortable. I have worn 6 times and have no issue so far (durable). However, comparing to my other grip socks, it has less grip. I would put extra grip dots on big toe areas.

Delivery & Customer Service - I cannot give good reviews. I have already complained to the founder that I fully understand that the business is run by a small number of employees but, it definitely needs to be improved. It took me 2 weeks to receive my order although the delivery address is only 30 minutes away from the warehouse. I received fast replies that my order would be picked from the warehouse. However, after three attempts, the order was finally picked up and shipped.
